USANA’s customer service agents handle inbound communications in eight languages (English, Spanish, French, Chinese [Mandarin & Cantonese], Korean, Japanese and Dutch).

There are 27 categories for customer service professionals, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service and Customer Service Department of the Year. There are also 41 categories for sales professionals, ranging from Global Sales Leader of the Year to Sales Training Program of the Year to Sales Department of the Year of the Year. USANA is a finalist in the Contact Center of the Year category.
