USANA Recognized for Company Magazine, Blog and Press Kit.
It’s official: the 16th Annual Communicator Awards have awarded USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: USNA) with five prestigious honors. Each year, the Communicator Awards receive thousands of entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, making it one of the largest award programs of its kind, and 2010 was no exception.

USANA received Gold Awards of Excellence for its bi-monthly corporate magazine and for a special sports- themed edition of the publication. The company also won three Silver Awards of Distinction for its Rev3 Energy™ press kit, corporate magazine design, and What’s Up, USANA? Blog. This is the second consecutive year that USANA’s blog won a Communicator Award.

“USANA is honored to be recognized with five Communicator Awards across a range of categories. These awards speak to the talent, creativity and dedication of USANA’s staff,” said Dan Macuga, USANA Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations. “Our sites and publications are vital to our Associates, and this recognition shows that USANA is focused on creating high quality pieces of which our Associates can be proud.”

USANA was pleased this year to receive a Gold Communicator award for its special Team USANA magazine edition, which was timed to coincide with the 2010 Vancouver Games. The magazine highlighted USANA- sponsored athletes and teams competing in the Winter Games, provided resources like a viewing schedule for USANA competitors, and featured some of the company’s successful distributors from the Vancouver region.
